摘要
本文介绍了我们以现有的大气环境影响评价方法为依据,把专家系统的基础理论与原理引入大气环境评价中,所研制的一个大气环境评价专家系统.该系统由四个部分组成:基础数据库、专家知识库、推理机构和说明机构.系统的软件环境是采用结构式语言 TRUBO—BASIC 编写,并加以中文说明.可在 M-24、IBM 系列微机及其兼容机上运行.经过陆良磷肥厂大气环境影响评价实例的检验,表明该系统结构合理,具有多种选择功能,人机对话能力强、易掌握、易维护,可以用于大、中、小型的大气环境影响评价工作.
An expert system of Atmospheric Environmental Impact Assessment(AEIA)has been developed and studied,based on existins AEIA methods introducins theory and principle of expert system into AEIA.The system is made up of fractions:Original data base,Expert knowledse base,Inference engine and Explanation organ.The system's software is com- piled in structured prosramming TRUE-BASIC lansuase with Chinese explanation.It can be run at M-24.IBM microcomprter and other compatible comprters.By the test of AEIA example of LuLians Phosphate Fertilizer Plant,it is shown that the system has reasonable structure,varions selection functions,strong function in“Man-Machine”communication, fast rate,and is easy to master and for maintenance.It can be used in various scales AEIA.
