Aim: To verify whether partial intraoperative Tenon's capsule resection (PTCR) with adjunctive Mitomycin C is effective in developing thin, avascular blebs in eyes undergoing Ahmed glaucoma valve insertion and to assess the efficacy and safety of this procedure.
