摘要
基层公安机关勤务有很强的政策性、法律性和专业性，同时表现出很强的战斗性特点。如何搞好基层公安机关勤务是当前提高公安机关工作效率，树立人民警察良好形象的措施之一。
Public duty of the grass - roots public security organs is characterized by wide application of policy, law and profession. At the same time they show heavily the characteristic of combating. How to deal with them is one of the measures at present to improve the working efficiency of the public security organs and develop good images of people's police officials.
