摘要 分析了当前国内外对供应链的研究现状,讨论了网络化制造环境下网状供应链的新特点。在此基础上提出了一种基于协调控制中心的敏捷供应链模式,并为此构建了一个基于多Agent的动态可重构的敏捷供应链系统框架。在系统实施时,我们采用了基于虚拟专用网的供应链系统底层网络结构,并讨论了在系统实施过程中采用的基于Web服务的关键技术。结盟企业可以利用这些技术与管理手段,协调各企业之间的计划与物流,并能及时响应经营条件的变化与运作方式的调整,从而实现敏捷制造。 The state-of-art on supply chain is analyzed, and the new characteristics of supply chain under the networked manufacturing are discussed, which is a netted supply chain. Later an agile supply chain mode based on the center of harmony and control is proposed, and then a dynamic and reengineering system framework for agile supply chain based on multi-agent is constructed. A virtual private network(VPN) cadre is provided to support the agile supply chain. The key technologies based on the Web service are discussed, and these technologies and managing methods can be used to harmonize the plan and materials circulation, as well as to adjust the running mode of enterprises, thereby, to realize the agile manufacturing.
