摘要
以醋酸和乙醇为原料,以固体超强酸TiO2/SO42-为催化剂,考察了催化剂酸度及用量、反应时间、醇酸摩尔比等对酯化产率的影响,实验结果表明:在冰醋酸用量为0.1mol的条件下,催化剂用量为1.08g,醇酸摩尔比为3,回流反应时间为1—1.5h,在以苯带水,酯化产率可达92.5%。
Ethyl acetate has been synthesized from the basic materials glacier acetic acid and ethyl alcohol by catelyst,the acidity and quantity of catalyst,reflux reaction time,acid/alcohol were investigated.The experimental results showed that when 0.1mol glacier acetic acid Was useed,the most oppropriate conditions were that 1.2g solid ultrastrong acid TiO2/SO42-Was used as catalyst , alcohol-acid ratio was 3, reflux time was 1-1.5 hours,The yield of the ester was 92.5%.which was a satisfactory result.
