我们只有一个地球 ,为了中华民族可持续发展 ,保护耕地就是保护我们的生命线 ;人多地少、环境污染是制约我国土地利用可持续发展的主要因素 ;利用遥感技术对耕地进行动态监测 ,强化基本农田的管理 ,实现园林化和生态优化 。
Large population, limited land resources and environmental pollution are the main constraints for sustainable land use in China. It is an ambitious goal of the new millennium to monitor land use dynamically with remote sensing technology, enhance management of primary agricultural land, build gardening and ecologically sound agricultural conditions, and to achieve dynamic balance of total agricultural land areas in China.
