摘要
高校女体育教师中部分人或多或少存在着因性别而引起的不利于女性成功的婚姻、家庭与事业观。为改变这一局面,应从转变思想观念、消除心理障碍、增加学习机会和体现人生价值等方面促进她们的更好发展。
In institutes and universities,some female P.E. teachers outlooks on marriage,family and career are not correct because of some traditional ideas. To change the situation,ideas should be changed. Psychological obstacles should be eliminated. More chances should be taken to get further study in order to display value of life.
