摘要 通过振动焊接与传统焊接方法的对比试验来研究振动焊接技术对工件焊缝质量、焊缝及其热影响区组织、残余应力、焊接变形、热影响区疲劳寿命等的影响,得出该技术可以细化焊缝及热影响区组织、降低残余应力、防止焊接裂纹和工件畸变,改善焊缝综合质量的结论,并成功应用于"HT-7U"冷屏δ3mm和19mm×19mm×3mm方管薄壁件的焊接中,取得明显效果。试验及实践证明此技术具有很好的应用前景。 Research the influence of the vibrating welding on the quality of the welded seam and the structure of the welded seam and the incidence, the residual stress, the tired life of the weld seam thermal influenced zone by the experiments which contrasting the vibrating welding and the traditional welding. The conclusion is that this technology is helpful in lowering the resdual, avoiding the crack and the transmutation and in ameliorating the general quality of the welded seam. This technology has successfully applied to HT-7U item that is well known as a very important item in researching the skills about nuclear fusion. In this item, the vibrating welding was used in the welding σ3mm thin plate with 19mm×19mm×3mm square pipe and got an obvious effect. Therefore the experiments and the practice testify that the technology of the vibrating welding has a great prospect of application.
