摘要
拔除T管不当可发生严重并发症 ,甚至影响患者生命 ;对 5例临床病例原因分析 ,提出了拔除T管致胆汁漏的防范措施 ,旨在提高认识 ,以利于临床工作中防范和治疗。
Inappropriate removal of T tube may result in severe complications or even cause death.The paper proposes some countermeasures to prevent biliary leakage in the procass of extracting T tube by analysing the causes of five cases,which will benefit clinical prevention and treatment of similar cases.
