摘要
针对大型游艺机海盗船双轮双向驱动的传动系统,结构制造工艺复杂,造价昂贵等弊端,提出了一种单向间歇驱动的传动装置,取代原有传动系统。通过实例进行分析和设计计算,在保证设备性能不变的前提下,使传动系统的设计大为简化,现有设备整体造价降低了三分之二,大大提高了产品的市场竞争能力。
Present large entertainment machine-Pirate Ship is driven by two-way double gearing, which has malpractices such as complex making structure and high cost of manufacture. In view of that, here design a one-way intermittent gearing to replace the present one. By using living example to analyze and make designing calculation, with the prerequisite of guaranteeing the performance, the design simplifies the gearing device and making processes Meanwhile, the cost of manufacture reduced by two thirds, which will greatly increase the product's market competition.
