摘要
变电站故障录波装置是电力系统暂态过程记录的主要设备,电力系统的发展对变电站故障录波装置提出了更高的要求。介绍了一种新型变电站微机录波与分析系统的硬、软件设计特点。运用突变量启动算法进行故障检测判断,使录波启动准确而稳定。采用了新的录波数据分段记录方式,在减少记录数据量的同时保证记录信息的完整性。利用序电压比值进行故障定位计算,仿真表明该算法对测量误差的敏感度低。
Substation fault recording system is the main equipment for recording the transient pro-cess of power system.Better performance is required of the fault recorder along with the develop-ment of power system.The HW and SW design of a microcomputer-based substation fault recor-ding and analysis system is introduced.Fault component startup arithmetic is adopted to detect short-circuit fault,which makes the startup of recorder proper and stable.New recording mode for segmenting the fault data is introduced to decrease the amount of data while ensure the integrity of the recorded data.An algorithm using the ratio of sequence voltage is brought forward for fault locating.The simulation indicates its lower sensitivity to the measurement error.
