摘要
兴趣在人的生活和活动中具有重大作用，可以决定一个人的进取方向和奠定事业的基础。在体育教学中，学生的整个学习过程，很大程度上受兴趣品质的制约。为此，探讨学生兴趣品质的形成与发展，对促进终身体育锻炼、提高教学质量、改革其教学方法是一项至关重要的举措。
Interest plays an important role in human's lives and activities.It has a decisive influence on enterprising direction and establish the base of business.In P.E, the whole study process is, to a large extent, restricted by Interest quality.Therefore inquiry into formation and development of students' interest quality is very vital approach for promot-ing physical exercise in life, improving teaching qualityand reforming teaching method.
