摘要 目的 :探讨糖尿病对膀胱功能的影响及尿动力学在糖尿病膀胱病早期诊断中的作用。 方法 :高脂高糖饲料建立糖尿病兔模型与正常对照兔对比 ,测定膀胱重量、压力、容量、残余尿及膀胱舒缩功能变化。 结果 :糖尿病组排尿时膀胱压力明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;膀胱重量、膀胱容量、残余尿明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ;糖尿病早期兔膀胱最大收缩力和舒张力均下降。 结论 :糖尿病早期膀胱功能即明显受损。 Objectives:To study the effects of diabetes on bladder function and to evaluate the diagnostic value of urodynamics in patients with early diabetic cystopathy(DCP). Methods:Two groups of New Zealand white rabbits received regular rabbit chow(the normal control)or high fat high sucrose diet for 14 weeks. Bladder weight, capacity, pressure and post void residual volume(PVR) were measured by Laborie UDS 600 urodynamic device. Changes of contraction and relaxation of the bladder were also measured. Results:Significant decrease of the pressure while increase of weight, capacity and PVR were observed ( P <0.01 or P <0.05).Contraction and relaxation of the bladder are impaired in the early stage of diabetes. Conclusions:Bladder function is impaired obviously in the early stage of diabetes. Early urodynamic measurements are necessary to evaluate bladder dysfunction in diabetic patients.
