摘要
从研究城市生态环境现状出发 ,以齐齐哈尔市城区为例 ,提出城市生态环境与水环境的相互要求 ,使水资源的管理、开发、利用、治理、配置、保护、节约与城市生态环境相互协调 ,恢复和创造丰富、优美。
The thesis supplies the mutual requirements for the ecology encironment and the water environment in Qiqihar on the basis of studying the current situation of the urban ecology envionment,which do help the management,development,use,operation,distrbution,protection and saving of the water resource cooperate with the urban ecology environment.And it also contributes to the recovery of the urban ecology environment,which takes the creation of a colorful,beautiful and clear natural running water as the final target.
