摘要
在接近工业生产的条件下 ,研究从Zn NH3 H2 O体系中以LIX5 4选择性萃取锌的过程。研究表明 ,用LIX5 4从Zn NH3 H2 O体系中选择萃取锌的主要影响因素是溶液的 pH值和总氨浓度。锌萃取率随着pH值升高先增大 ,后减小。氨浓度越大 ,最大萃取平衡分配比所对应的pH值越小。
The zinc extraction with LIX54 from Zn NH 3 H 2O system on the modeling industrial condition is investigated. It is indicated that the pH and the total ammonia concentration are the dominant influencing factors of the extraction process. The rate of zinc extraction increases at first and then drops with pH increase. The pH corresponded with the maximum partition ratio of zinc species decreases with the increase of total ammonia concentration. The zinc equilibrium distribution can hardly be affected by the concentration of total zinc ion.
