摘要
海水养殖业不仅是福建省国民经济的重要组成部分,也是福建省海洋经济发展的主导力量和沿海农村地区的支柱产业,而提高海水养殖科技成果的转化是促进海水养殖业可持续发展的关键路径。当前,由于海水养殖科技成果转化缺乏有利的金融支持,严重阻碍了转化效率。因此,文章在梳理福建省海水养殖科技成果转化金融供给现状的基础上,对福建省海水养殖科技成果转化金融供给的困境以及制约因素进行了的分析,并从海水养殖科技成果转化的政策法律环境、科技金融功能、养殖主体等方面提出了相应的对策建议。
Mariculture is not only an important part of national economy in Fujian province,but also the leading force of Fujian’s marine economy and the pillar industry in coastal rural regions.What’s more,improving the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of mariculture is the key for the sustainable development of mariculture.Currently,the lack of favorable financial support is the most important barrier for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of mariculture.Therefore,based on teasing out the financial supply status of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of mariculture in Fujian,this research analyses its dilemmas and constraints,and puts forward some corresponding solutions from the perspectives of politics and law,fintech and subject of mariculture.
