摘要
从银川市住房价格的特征入手,分析了银川市住房价格存在的问题及其形成的原因,并根据目前银川市住房市场的供给和需求状况,提出了改善城市居民住房条件和实现银川市住房供求平衡的措施。
To analyse the features of the housing prices in Yinchuan, the current problems and their causes are pointed out. Measures for improving the housing conditions and striking a balance between the supply and the demand are pointed out.
