摘要
目的 :探析用姜半夏治疗上消化道肿瘤的用药配伍规律。方法 :将我院肿瘤内科中医专家在2015年1月-6月持续使用含有姜半夏的处方进行治疗的40例上消化道肿瘤患者作为研究对象。搜集、整理这些患者所用的含姜半夏处方,然后分析这些处方中与姜半夏配伍的中药种类及其配伍规律。结果 :在治疗上消化道肿瘤时,与姜半夏配伍的中药主要分为三类,即"扶正"类中药、"祛邪"类中药及"止血"类中药。其中,"扶正"类中药分为"补气养阴"类中药、"和胃健脾"类中药及"养心安神"类中药,"祛邪"类中药分为"清热解毒"类中药、"活血化瘀"类中药及"行气化痰"类中药。此外,"止血"类中药也是与姜半夏配伍的常用药物。在这些中药中,"和胃健脾"类中药与姜半夏配伍的频次远高于其他类的中药。结论:在拟定治疗上消化道肿瘤的含有姜半夏的处方时应坚持扶正为主、祛邪为辅的用药原则,在选择"扶正"类中药时应以"和胃健脾"类中药为先,"补气养阴"类中药次之,在选择"祛邪"类中药时以"清热解毒"类中药为主治疗食管癌、以"行气化痰"类中药为主治疗胃癌,然后根据患者的实际情况灵活地选用"养心安神"、"活血化瘀"及"止血"类药物。
OBJECTIVE Analysis of compatibility law with ginger Pinellia on upper digestive tract cancer treatment. METHODS Survey our hospital in January – June 2015 continued and only use the Prescription which containing ginger Pinellia treatment gastric cancer and esophageal cancer each 20 patients., Statistical analysis of the prescription, Summarize the Compatibility Law. RESULTS when using the prescription which containing ginger Pinellia treatment upper digestive tract cancer the “nourish the spleen and stomach” drug compatibility frequency much higher than other drugs. The “qi and resolving phlegm” drug compatibility frequency much higher than the “detoxification” drug in gastric prescription, but esophageal cancer is the opposite. CONCLUSION: When Ginger Pinellia combination therapy the upper digestive tract cancer, should be strengthening the body resistance first of all, secondly eliminating evil. The combination treatment of strengthening the body resistance should be using the “nourish the spleen and stomach” drug first of all; the combination treatment of eliminating evil should be using the “qi and resolving phlegm” drug first of all in gastric cancer treatment and using the “detoxification” drug first of all in esophageal cancer treatment.
