摘要
目的 :探讨用含有云南白药的医用明胶海绵复合体对兔下颌骨缺损进行修复的效果。方法 :选取36只健康成年家兔作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组、对照组和空白组,每组各有12只家兔。我们在这些家兔的下颌骨部均建立了骨缺损模型,然后为实验组家兔的下颌骨骨缺损区植入含有云南白药的医用明胶海绵复合体,为对照组家兔的下颌骨骨缺损区植入不含云南白药的单纯医用明胶海绵,为空白组家兔的下颌骨骨缺损区不作任何处理。术后4周、8周和12周,分别在三组家兔中处死4只家兔进行大体解剖观察、x线摄片、骨密度测定及苏木素-伊红(hematoxylin-eosin staining,HE)染色,然后观察这些家兔下颌骨骨缺损区的新骨生长情况。结果 :使用含有云南白药的医用明胶海绵复合体修复下颌骨缺损的实验组家兔,其下颌骨缺损区新骨形成的效果明显优于对照组家兔和空白组家兔,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :为下颌骨缺损家兔使用含有云南白药的医用明胶海绵复合体进行修复,可有效地促进其下骨缺损区的新骨生长。此疗法具有良好的临床应用前景。
Objective:To observe the repair of rabbit mandibular defects after the application of Yunnan Baiyao-gelatin sponge composite. Methods : thirty-six adult rabbits were,following construction of a 10mm×8 mm bilateral cortical bone defect at the mandible,randomly assigned to be treated with implantation of Yunnan Baiyao-gelatin sponge composite (experimental group),empty gelatin sponge (control group)or nil material (blank control group),respectively.Four rabbits were sacrificed at 4,8 and 12 weeks in each group.This entailed gross anatomical observations,X-ray,bone densitometry and HE staining.Results: The velocity of bone matrix calcification in experimental group are more better than in control group. Conclusion: It is indicated that Yunnan Baiyao-gelatin sponge composite could stimulate bone repair in rabbit mandibular defect reconstruction.
