摘要
分析我校制度建设存在的问题及产生的原因,并提出加强我校规章制度建设的措施。
On the basis of analyzing the problemsand their causes in the pro-cess of constructing and enforcing rules and regulations,this paper puts for-ward a series of measures intended to enhance the construction of rules and regulations in our university.
