摘要
本文认为 ,未来信息服务将是客户市场 ,导入CIS是科技情报所改革的必然方向。接着 ,从正确定位与选择理念、制定行为识别。
It is believed in this article that the future information services is a customet's market and therefore the introduction of CIS forms the tendency of the reform for the Science and Technology Information Institute.The article also provides suggestions on how to introduce CIS from three aspects:appropriate definition and selection concept,the formation of behavior identification and the establishment of visual identification.
