摘要
提出了一种基于PROFIBUS现场总线技术的控制系统,并详细介绍了PROFIBUS现场总线技术在纸机传动系统中的应用,包括系统配置、系统功能、控制站结构、中文操作显示站的组态等。现场总线由于具有数据传输速率高、可靠性强、接线简单、易于维护等特点,有效地解决了传统的DCS控制系统存在的问题。应用结果表明,本控制系统具有投资成本相对较低、工程期短、控制精度高、运行稳定可靠等特点,能够满足高速纸机的同步控制要求。
Fourdrinier paper machines are used more widely than other paper machines in China. It can not only manufacture almost all kinds of paper and board, but also be controlled more easily in production. Motor drive control in the paper machine is complicated and difficult because of nonlinearity and coupling. In order to make the motor control better and more stable, Inverter Field Bus Control System in motor drive control is introduced. The control system with PROFIBUS-DP network is wiring simply, maintaining convenience and working safeness. The motor drive system with PROFIBUS-DP network can be used in many other industries, such as steel industry and textile industry and so on. The result shows that this control method is reliable and accurate.
