摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展,人民的需求由物质层面逐步在向精神层面转变。西藏地处我国西南边陲,既具有独具特色的地方民族文化,又是我国重要的战略要地。西藏人民的幸福安定关乎我国的国家稳定与富强。近年来随着国家政策的倾斜,西藏经济得到了快速发展,人民的幸福指数不断上升,人民的关注点逐步向文化上转移。因此,在西藏建立公共文化服务体系,保障西藏公共文化服务的有效供给,不断发掘民族文化精髓,促进民族文化繁荣,成为西藏发展的迫切任务。
With the continuous development of social economy in China,people’s needs are gradually changing from material level to spiritual level.Tibet is situated in the southwestern border of China,with its locally unique culture,and is also an important strategic place of our country.The happiness and stability of the Tibetan people are related to the stability and prosperity of our country.In recent years,with the continuous development of Tibet’s economy and the inclination of China’s policies,the happiness index of Tibetan people has been rising,and the focus of Tibetan people has gradually shifted to culture.Therefore,it is an urgent task for Tibet’s development to establish a public cultural service system in Tibet to ensure the effective supply of public cultural services in Tibet,to explore the essence of national culture and to promote the prosperity of national culture.
