摘要
视频判读系统是现代靶场测量设备的重要组成部分。为了提高视频判读精度 ,本文研究了新型的快速判读方法 ,包括自动和半自动判读。自动判读对记录的现场图像作预处理 ,通过基于区域合并的动态阈值分割 ,利用图像形态学消除目标和背景的粘连 ,运用质心算法获取脱靶量 ,提高判读效率和准确性。系统具有识别性好、自动化程度高等特点 ,很大程度上扩展了设备的应用潜力 。
The video interpretation is an important system of modern optical measurement equipment.In order to increase the precision of video interpretation,a new and quick interpretation method,including automatic video interpretation and semiautomatic interpretation,is studied and presented.In video interpretation,the image stored in hard disk of computer is processed through preprocessing,dynamic threshold basing on the region combining is used to threshold,image morphology is used to decrease noise, the barycenter of target automaticallycomputed,then the efficiency and precision of interpretation is increased.The potential appli- cation of system is developed at a large extent,and is used well for reference for other analogous system.
