摘要
总结归纳了聚合物材料断面形貌特征定量分析研究取得的一些成果和断面粗糙度的表征参数、测试方法及其分类,指出:随加载速率增大、试验温度降低,聚合物材料断面镜面区、肋状形态应力白化区等耗散能量的特征区域尺寸降低;聚合物材料的断裂能耗表征参量与其断面的镜面区、肋状形态、应力白化区和断面粗糙度有关,脆性断裂时,材料断裂能耗的变化取决于断面粗糙度表征参量(RS、DF)的变化,断裂能耗参量与断面粗糙度表征参量呈线性正相关关系,韧性断裂时,断裂能耗参量与断面粗糙度表征参量偏离线性关系,其具体的关系与材料的断裂机制有关。聚合物材料断面定量分析必须与其变形、断裂的微观机制相结合,才能得出有价值的结果。
The quantitative analysis on fractured surface of polymer materials has been summarized in the present paper and a detailed study has been made on the characteristics and measuring method of fractured surface roughness of polymer materials The results indicated that the size of mirror region, rib structure and stress whitened region increased with increasing loading rate or decreasing test temperature The parameters of fractured energy consumed were related with the fractured surface morphology The relations between parameters of fractured energy and the parameters of fractured surface roughness of polymer materials at different testing condition were controlled by fractured mechanism The parameters of fractured energy of polymer materials increased linearly with fractured surface roughness parameter Rs or DF increasing in the case of brittle fracture But the variation of the parameters of fractured energy depends on both Rs or DF and the plastic deformation area in the case of tough fracture
