摘要
研究运用文献分析法,梳理了"师范教育"和"教师教育"的历史发展脉络,并从"师范教育"和"教师教育"的对比入手,探讨二者过渡的必要性,贯彻教师终身教育的发展思想。并就培养"高层次"、"终身化"、"多元观"的教师,提出了深化教师培养目标,提高教师学历层次,社会与政府联合培养等措施完善教师教育制度,促进教师专业化发展。
This research uses the literature analysis method to sort out the historical development of 'normal education' and 'teacher education', and starts from the comparison between 'normal education' and 'teacher education' to explore the necessity of the transition between them, which is beneficial to improve teachers’ lifelong education. In order to train teachers of 'high level', 'lifetime' and 'multiple views', this research put forward measures to deepen teachers’ training, improve teachers’ academic level, and jointly cultivate social and government measures to improve the teacher education system and promote the professional development of teachers.
