一种新型聚合离子液体色谱固定相的制备及应用

摘要 合成了一种聚合离子液体N,N′-二乙酰氧基丙酸聚异丙烯基酯-2-甲基苯并咪唑六氟磷酸盐,确定了此离子液体应用于气相色谱固定相的最高使用温度,考察了其相对极性。通过对烷烃类、醇类、醚类、酯类、酮类、苯类及有机物混合体的分离,测定了分离度及其柱效。 A polymerization ionic liquid which is called N,N'-poly-acetoxy acid isopropenyl ester2methyl benzimidazole hexafluorophosphate was synthesized. The ionic liquid was used as chromatography stationary phase .The maximum operating temperature of chromatography column was determined. The relative polarity of stationary phase was investigated. The separation performance of the chromatography column was investigated by alkanes,alcohols,ethers,esters,ketones and benzenes respectively.
