摘要
目的探讨PBL-情景-高级模拟教学法对本科护生自我导向学习能力的影响。方法以本院2014级护理本科班61名护生为研究对象,在传统教学方法基础上,选择部分教学内容采用PBL-情景-高级模拟实践相结合的教学法,将2013级护理本科班学生52名作为对照组,采用传统教学法;运用中文版自我导向学习评定量表对两组护生及2014级护生教学改革前后的自我导向学习能力进行比较。结果2014级护生教学改革后自我导向学习能力总分及各维度得分均高于教学改革前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),也高于2013级护生,差异有统计学意义(除人际关系技能维度外)。结论 PBL-情景-高级模拟教学法可以提高本科护生自我导向学习能力。
Objective To explore the influence of PBL-Scenario-Advanced simulation teaching method on self-directed learning ability of undergraduate nursing students. Methods Problem based learning( PBL),scenario simulation and high fidelity patient simulation( HFPS) constitute the PBL-Scenario-Advanced simulation teaching method. On the basis of the traditional teaching method,PBL-Scenario-Advanced simulation teaching method was applied to part of teaching contents in 61 undergraduate nursing students of 2014 grade in medical college of Yanan university. 52 undergraduate nursing students of 2013 grade as the control group received traditional teaching method. Before and after the teaching reformation,self-directed learning ability of the observation group( 2014 grade) were evaluated and compared by the Chinese Version of Self-Rating-Scale for Self-Directed Learning( SRSSDL-CV).Results After teaching reformation,the total and each dimension score of SRSSDL-CV in the nursing students of 2014 grade were higher than the score before the teaching reform,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The scores in the observation group( 2014 grade) was significantly higher than those in the control group( 2013 grade)( P<0.05) in addition to the interpersonal skills dimension.Conclusions PBL-Scenario-Advanced simulation teaching method is helpful to improve self-directed learning ability of undergraduate nursing students.
