摘要
目的观察早期护理干预对维持性血透患者动静脉内瘘并发症发生率的价值。方法选取我院收治的维持性血透患者60例,按照数字随机法随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组则采取早期护理干预,比较两组的并发症发生情况。结果观察组并发症发生率13.33%,对照组并发症发生率43.33%,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期的护理干预对动静脉内瘘术后并发症的预防效果显著,可显著减少并发症的发生率,提高患者生活质量,是一种优秀的护理方法。
Objective To observe the early nursing intervention on maintenance hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous internal fistula in the value of the incidence of complications. Methods 60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis of our hospital,in accordance with the digital random method randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group adopted routine nursing care,observation group to take early nursing intervention, compared the situation of complications in two groups. Results The incidence of complications was 13. 33%,incidence of complications in the control group was 43. 33%,the complication rate of observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05).Conclusions The early nursing intervention of arteriovenous fistula in postoperative complications prevention effect significantly,can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,improve patient quality of life,is a good method of nursing.
