摘要
本文访谈了20位移动医疗应用的医生和病人用户,1位相关负责人,借助内容分析法探究移动医疗应用中的线上社会资本对医患关系的影响。研究发现,移动医疗应用中的线上社会资本以基于知识共享和理性合作的信任为核心,以互惠型道德规范和互利型契约规范为机制,以更广阔的社会网络为支撑,以可信度高优质多元的信息为载体,分别对医患关系的能力、互惠和诚信三个维度产生影响,从而构建出一种以平等互利为基础的新型医患关系。产生于'网上医疗'新情境下的线上社会资本正在同'关系就医'取向下的线下社会资本进行博弈。
In order to explore the impact of online social capital on constructing new online Provider-patient relationship,this study makes a qualitative research by interviewing 20 users and one manager of mobile medical APP,focusing on the phenomenon of'Online Treatment'.Through content-encoding and analysis,the study holds the opinion that the online social capital of mobile medical APP has four influence factors:the trust based on knowledge sharing and rational cooperation,the ethical and beneficial norm,the broad social network and credible information.The four factors of online social capital has a big impact on three dimensions of provider-patient relationship,which are ability,mutual benefit and good faith,so as to construct a new doctor-patient relationship on the basis of equality and mutual benefit.The online social capital is playing a game with the offline social capital under the relationship medical treatment orientation.
