摘要 输电网规划是构建全球能源互联网的关键环节。为有效应对规划所面临的的空间跨度较大、规划周期长、传统的人工操作方式准确度差、效率低等问题,设计并实现了一种基于三维地理信息系统、具有可视化功能的输电通道规划路径优选工具,并可开展方案经济性比较,对不同参数进行灵敏度分析。通过实例验证,本方法可以有效辅助电网规划人员高效开展输电通道路径优选工作。 Power grid planning is the key to build the global energy interconnection.A path optimization tool with optimal cost line generation method for power transmission corridor planning is designed and implemented in this paper in order to cope with the situation of large space span,long planning period,and low efficiency on measuring the cross-sea distance by traditional manual manner.The tool is based on3-dimensional geographic information system with the function of visualization,economic analysis and sensitivity analysis.The availability and effectiveness of the tool on path optimization for power transmission corridor planning is verified by a case study.
