摘要
该文分析国内外城市现代救援体系及其发展趋势,对基于统一的空间信息基础设施平台分布式城市应急救援联动系统(体系结构与系统实现)的关键技术进行研究,以成都市城市应急救援联动系统为例,探讨了城市应急救援联动系统的构成、功能、业务流程、系统平台、用户界面等。
Sustainable social and economic development and security require the construction of a safe public environment and an efficient urban emergency response and rescue system to maximize the safety of people's lives and properties. The accurate real-time positioning information provided by the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), integrated with GIS, communication and network technologies, can provide a reliable technological support for public safety management and emergency response systems. Based on an analysis of current urban rescue systems and their development trends in China and other nations, this paper presents the preliminary research results on system architecture design and key supporting technologies of a distributed urban response system built on a unified spatial information platform. The paper also discusses the structure, function, operation flow, system platform and user interface of the emergency response system in the context of a demonstration project for Chengdu City.
