摘要
目的探讨CT、MRI对胰腺癌的临床影像学特点。方法选取2013-1-2018-4收治的胰腺占位患者60例为研究对象,参照病理检查结果,比较CT和MRI诊断胰腺癌的准确度、特异度、敏感性及临床分期情况。结果 CT和MRI诊断胰腺癌的准确度、特异度、敏感度及临床分期情况无统计学差异。结论 CT、MRI诊断胰腺癌各有优势,临床医师需根据病变特点及患者需要进行合理选择。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical and imaging features of pancreatic cancer by CT MRI.METHODS 60 cases of pancreatic occupying patients admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and the results of pathological examination were compared.RESULTS The accuracy,specificity,sensitivity and clinical staging of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma were not significantly different.CONCLUSIONS CT MRI has advantages in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer,and the clinicians should make reasonable choice according to the characteristics of the lesions and the needs of the patients.
