摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预对骨肿瘤患者的护理效果及改善负性心理的积极影响。方法共选择2015-10-2017-10本院收治的骨肿瘤患者84例进行研究,观察两组护理效果。结果护理后观察组患者焦虑程度及抑郁程度评分明显降低,且显著低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗依从性显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在骨肿瘤治疗期间加强心理护理干预可减轻患者消极程度,并改善心理状态,提高治疗积极性,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the positive effect of psychological nursing intervention on nursing care of bone tumor patients and improve negative psychology.METHODS A total of 84 patients with bone tumor admitted from October 2015 to October 2017 were studied and the nursing effects of the two groups were observed.RESULTS The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the therapeutic compliance in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Strengthening psychological nursing intervention during the treatment of bone tumor can reduce the negative degree of patients,improve psychological state and increase the enthusiasm of treatment.It is worth popularizing and applying.
