摘要
目的探讨早期乳腺癌保乳手术与改良根治术的治疗方法与远期临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月至2013年1月我院收治的早期乳腺癌患者60例,随机均分成观察组和对照组两组,每组有患者30例,所接受的治疗措施分别为保乳手术及改良根治术,对两组患者的远期治疗效果进行观察比较。结果两组患者在生活质量评分及3年后的生存率,复发率及局部控制率比较结果上无奈显著差异,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论对早期乳腺癌患者实施保乳手术及改良根治术治疗均能取得显著的远期疗效,提升患者生活质量,临床应加以重视并推广。
OBJECTIVE To explore the treatment and long-term clinical efficacy of breast cancer preservation operation and improved radical treatment.METHODS Between January 2012 and January 2012 60 cases of early breast cancer patients of our hospital,were divided into observation group and control group two groups at random,each group has 30 cases of patients,accepted for the treatment of breast surgery and modified radical,respectively,examined the effects of two groups of patients after treatment.RESULTS In the two groups,the life quality score and the survival rate after 3 years,the recurrence rate and the local control rate were significantly different,P BBB 0 0.05,no statistical significance.CONCLUSIONS The treatment of breast cancer patients with breast cancer and improved radical treatment can achieve significant long-term efficacy,improve the quality of life of patients,and should be taken seriously and promoted clinically.
