摘要
目的探讨精神分裂症患者检测血清甲状腺激素水平的意义。方法选取2016年8月—2017年9月在云南省心理卫生中心接受治疗的精神分裂症患者46例作为疾病组,并选取同期在本院接受体检的健康人群45例作为健康组,检测健康组、疾病组治疗前后三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、四碘甲状腺氨酸(T4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)。结果疾病组T3、T4、TSH水平均低于健康组(t=16.100、20.270、6.705,P<0.05)。疾病组治疗后T3、T4水平低于治疗前,TSH高于治疗前(t_(配对)=7.336、19.739、7.069,P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者T3、T4、TSH低于健康人群,抗精神病药物应用影响患者T3、T4、TSH水平,定期测定精神分裂症患者血清甲状腺激素水平可为临床治疗措施的制定提供一定依据。
Objective To explore the significance of serum thyroid hormone level in schizophrenic patients.Methods Forty-six patients with schizophrenia who were treated in MentalHealthCenterofYunnanProvince from August 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the disease group,and 45 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the health group.Triiodothyronine(T3),tetraiodothyronine(T4)and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)were measured before and after treatment in healthy and disease groups.Results The levels of T3,T4 and TSH in the disease group were lower than those in the healthy group(t=16.100,t=20.270,t=6.705,P<0.05).The levels of T3 and T4 in the disease group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and TSH was higher than that before treatment(tpaired=7.336,tpaired=19.739,tpaired=7.069,P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of T3,T4 and TSH in schizophrenic patients are lower than those in healthy people.The use of antipsychotic drugs affects the levels of T3,T4 and TSH in schizophrenic patients.Regular determination of serum thyroid hormone levels in schizophrenic patients can provide certain basis for the formulation of clinical treatment measures.
