摘要
本文组织了多位社区卫生服务管理者就济南市深化基层医药卫生体制改革进行了主题研讨。济南市卫生计生委副巡视员张晶卉从总体上介绍了济南市基层医药卫生体制的发展历程、发展现状和下一步工作计划;济南市卫生计生委基层卫生处副处长张印戈介绍了济南市深化基层医药卫生体制改革中的具体举措、成效,现存问题和解决思路;济南市槐荫区南辛庄社区卫生服务中心主任刘云台、济南市章丘区明水社区卫生服务中心康复科主任左传庆、济南市历下区解放路办事处十亩园社区卫生服务站主任隗学玲、济南市第四人民医院社区管理科科长杨华、济南市民族社区卫生服务中心主任王轶具体介绍了各中心的特色举措、成效及下一步发展规划。希望本文对深化基层医药卫生体制改革的主题研讨,能为促进我国其他地区的基层医药卫生体制改革提供借鉴。
This article organized the expert seminar about deepening the reform of grass-roots medical and health care system among a number of managers who are in charge of community health services in Ji’nan. ZHANG Jinghui,the deputy inspector of Ji’nan Health and Family Planning Commission,introduced the development history,development status and next work plan from the general introduction;ZHANG Yin’ge,the deputy director of Primary Health Office of Health and Family Planning Commission,introduced the measures,effect,existing problems and solving ideas during the process of deepening the reform of grass-roots medical and health care system;LIU Yuntai,the director of Nanxinzhuang community health service center in Huaiyin District;ZUO Chuanqing,the director of Mingshui community health service center in Zhangqiu District,HUAI Xueling,Shimuyuan community health service station in Lixia District,YANG Hua,the section chief of Community Management Division in Ji’nan Fourth People’s Hospital;and WANG Yi,the director of Ji’nan ethnic community health service center,summarizes the special measures of each community health service center taking,the achievements and next development. Based on these information,this paper aims to provide the reference for the reform of grass-roots medical and health care system.
