摘要
目的探究不同类型宫内节育器对育龄期女性的避孕效果。方法择取2017年1月～2018年1月期间在人民医院妇产科行宫内节育器置入术的育龄期女性共184例,按照患者入院时间先后顺序进行分组,包括对照组92例及观察组92例。对照组患者放置吉妮环宫内节育器,观察组患者放曼月乐宫内节育器,两组患者术后均行10个月随访,及时统计两组患者避孕效果,同时对两组患者术后不良反应情况进行观察比较。结果术后随访结果显示,观察组患者妊娠率为4.35%,对照组患者妊娠率为10.87%,组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为10.87%,对照组患者不良反应发生率为34.78%,前者显著优于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曼月乐宫内节育器与吉妮环节育器避孕效果相近,但是曼月乐宫内节育器不良反应更少,可见宫内节育器置入术是育龄期女性避孕的有效途径之一,但是该种避孕方式可能引发患者多种不良反应,因此需要对节育器类型、材质进行合理选择,以保证避孕效果的同时,还可以规避不良反应风险,提升患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the contraceptive effect of different types of IUDs on women of childbearing age.Methods A total of 184 women of childbearing age who underwent intrauterine device placement in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,People’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled according to the order of patients admitted to the hospital,including 92 patients in the control group.92 patients in the observation group.The patients in the control group were placed in the Gini ring intrauterine device,and the patients in the observation group were placed in the Mirena IUD.Both groups were followed up for 10 months.The contraceptive effects of the two groups were counted in time. After the adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results The postoperative follow-up results showed that the pregnancy rate was 4.35% in the observation group and 10.87% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.87%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 34.78%, the former was significantly better than the latter, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The contraceptive effect of intrauterine IUD is similar to that of Ginnyundefineds ring IUD,but the adverse effects of IUD are even less. It can be seen that IUD implantation is one of the effective methods for female contraception in childbearing age.However,this contraceptive method may lead to a variety of adverse reactions of patients,so it is necessary to choose the type and material of the device reasonably,to ensure the contraceptive effect,but also to avoid the risk of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients.
