摘要
道路运输管理工作是引导道路运输行业良性发展的关键,目前我省道路运输管理体系已存在一定的滞后性,党的十八届四中全会提出全面推进依法治国,加快建设社会主义法治国家的宏伟目标,为我省道路运输管理部门加快运管队伍建设和法治体系建设提供了前所未有的机遇。分析现有瓶颈,明确科学合理解决法律体系、队伍建设、市场管理等方面存在的问题、逐步完善相关体制是全面实现依法治运的必由之路。
Highway transportation management is a key to the healthy development of highway transporta-tion industry.However,the highway transportation system in Qinghai Province are already lagging behind.as the ambitious goals of ruling the country by law and accelerating the building of a socialist country under the rule of law put forward in the fourth plenary session of the 18th Communist Party of China,which offers un-precedented opportunities to the construction of transportation team and law system of department of transpor-tation management in Qinghai.
