摘要
采用Almex铸造机,试验研究大规格2024铝合金扁锭的铸造工艺。结果表明:通过控制Fe元素和Be元素的含量可以改善铸锭的表面质量,提高铸造成功率;在铸造温度680℃~690℃、铸造速度25 mm/min^45 mm/min、水流量控制在20 m3/h^80 m3/h、结晶器中的铝液位高度60 mm的工艺参数下,可以铸造出规格为2 700 mm×550 mm的2024铝合金扁锭,提高了铸锭的成品率,降低生产成本。铸造出的扁锭表面无皱褶、裂纹、锭尾塌陷等缺陷,铸锭组织、成分均匀,晶粒度细小,满足用户需求。
The casting process of large-sized ingot of 2024 aluminum alloy was studied with Almex casting machine.The results show that proper iron and beryllium contents in the melt will lead to better surface quality of ingots and greater success rate of casting.2 700 mm×550 mm ingots of 2024 aluminum alloy can be produced when casting temperature,casting speed,water flow rate,and melt level in the mold are 680℃-690℃,25 mm/min-45 mm/min,20 m3/h-80 m3/h and 60 mm,respectively.The yield of ingots sheet has been improved and production cost reduced as a result.No folding,crack,collapsed butt or other defects exist on the ingot surface.Uniform structure and compositions and finer gain size are obtained at the same time.The ingots as such meet the needs of customers.
