摘要
主要介绍了德国Achenbach铝箔轧机采用的精密板形辊和VC辊结构特点,分析了高速轧制时其板形检测和实时动态调整方面的优点。归纳了使用过程中板形检测和VC辊调整过程中的故障,通过分析板形辊和VC辊的结构特点和出现故障的原因,提出了解决故障的思路和方法,使板形辊能稳定、准确测量板形偏差,VC辊能精准控制板形。所提出的检修故障案例可供类似设备使用者参考。
This paper mainly introduced the structure characteristics of the precision shape roll and VC roll of Achenbach aluminum foil mill made in the Germany,analyzed the remarkable advantages of flatness detection and real-time dynamic adjustment during highspeed rolling,and summarized some faults from VC adjustment and flatness detection during rolling.Some solutions and methods were presented after structure analysis and causes indication.As a result,flatness deviation could be measured stably and precisely by the shape roll and the flatness could be accurately controlled by the VC roll.Some maintenance cases could be set as references to the users of similar equipment.
