以提高计控管理干部能力为中心,通过岗位分析,确定培训模块,编写模块教材,选择适宜的培训方法实施模块教学。
With raising their ability as the center, through position analysis, determine training chips, compile chip teaching material, select proper training method for the chip teaching.
