摘要
本研究通过对 2 8名实验组学生自我情绪管理课程教学与操作 ,达到自身心理状态改善的实验过程 ,并使用SCL - 90症状自评量表先后对实验组和对照组进行前后测试对照评估。结果表明 :情绪自我管理课程 ,可以有效减轻学生心理问题 ,明显改善学生的情绪和心理状态 。
This thesis introduces an experimental research on how the emotional self-management course, through teaching and interacting with 28 college students, would improve these participants' mental status on their emotional self-management. Also, the result of comparison/contrast and assessment on the sympton Checklist 90 (the 'SCL-90') due in the course indicates that this course is effective in releasing students' mental problems and improving their mental status on emotional self-management. The empirical research concludes that the emotional self-management course is a vital and effective way on mental health education for college students.
