摘要 用原位复合、溶胶 -凝胶法制备了有机聚合物链段与无机相间有共价键存在的改性甲基丙烯酸酯类共聚物 / Si O2 - Ti O2 杂化纳米复合材料。通过红外光谱 ,透射电镜 ,扫描电镜对材料的结构和形态进行了表征 ,并对纳米分散相的形态、分布和界面状况对杂化材料的物理化学性能及氧阻透性能进行了测试。 A novel hybrid nanocomposite , a type of oxygen barrier material, was prepared by SiO 2-TiO 2 network in-situ forming within modified methacrylate copolymer through sol-gel process. The inorganic network and the polymer backbond linked through covalent bonds. The microstructure of composite was characterized by using IR, TEM, SEM. The morphology, distribution and interfacial conditions of inorganic disperse phase was also analyzed. The relationship between structure, morphology and physic-chemical properties, and the influence of structure on the oxygen barrier property of hybrid material was investigated. The adhesive property of nanocomposite on the surface treated BOPP was also tested.
