基于氧氯化法制二氯乙烷工艺的化工实习虚拟仿真软件开发 被引量:1

摘要 针对本科学生化工类专业课程学习以及工厂实习中,由于不能实际操作而往往对工厂实际情况或者化工复杂管路走向难以理解只能凭自己所学的专业知识进行想象。为了提高课堂工艺学习以及现场实习的效果,运用CADWorx、3Ds Max和Unity3D等3D软件,对氧氯化法制二氯乙烷工艺进行了实地场景的3D动态模拟再现。在教学中引入这款软件,通过基本的视角切换以及行走等操作可以给学生一个直观的工厂实地场景;在实习培训课上也可以借用该软件作为辅助工具,例如在工厂实习时该如何去观察和研究工艺流程的主要结构、主要工艺流程线以及布局等,能够有效地提高实习效率和效果。 In the daily course of chemical engineering and factory field practice,teachers often can not clearly introduce the conditions of the factory or factory complex pipeline problems;When students listen to the teacher′s craft introduction in the factory field practice,they can not actually operate and learn by their own expertise leading todifficult understanding.In order to improve the effect of on-site practice,we used 3D software such as CADWorx,3Ds Max and Unity3D to carry out the 3D dynamic simulation of the actual scene of the dichloroethane process.In the teaching of the introduction of this software,through the basic perspective of the switch and walking and other operations,this method can give students an intuitive factory field scene avoiding confusion;The training course can also use this software as an auxiliary tool to give students a basic introduction,such as in the factory internship how to observe and study the main structure of the process,the main process line and layout,etc.,So it can effectively improve Internship efficiency and effectiveness.
