摘要
对TTL门电路的结构进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了各种三值TTL极性变换电路的设计.设计的电路已用SPICE程序予以计算机模拟,结果表明它们具有正确的逻辑功能及与二值TTL电路相当的瞬态特性.
This paper analyses the structure of TTL gate circuits, and based on it the designs of various
ternary TTL polarity transformation circuits are proposed. The computer simulation of designed cir-
cuits are executed by SPICE-I,and the results show that they have correct logic functions and tran-
sient characteristics similar to binary ones.
