摘要
中国近代政府经济职能的演进与欧美相比 ,起点不同、处境不同、经济发展阶段不同 ,因此导致了 194 9年以后政府经济职能的巨大差异。 1978年以后 ,中国政府经济职能发生了根本性的变革 ,中国已经建立了市场经济基础 ,并且明确了转变的目标和方式。
The evolution of government economic fun ct ion in Modern China was different from the Western countries in three aspects. F irst, the start-points were different. Second, their positions were different Third, they were in different stages of economic developments. These factors hav e resulted in the great differences of government economic functions between Chi na and the Western countries after 1949. Since 1978, the government economic fun ction has changed fundamentally in China. China has established the market econo mic base and has set up the goal of transformation.
