摘要 [目的/意义]区块链作为一种去中介化的数据库技术方案,可以在开放获取资源建设和管理方面发挥独特的优势和功能,有效解决当前开放获取资源建设过程中遇到的缺经费、侵版权、难共享和低质量等问题,从而更好地满足智慧时代开放获取资源发展的需要。[方法/过程]通过分析当前开放获取资源面临的主要挑战,提出基于区块链技术建设开放获取资源的优势,构建了基于区块链技术的开放获取资源管理系统。[结果/结论]该系统不仅可以生成资源,还可以对用户、资源、版权和虚拟币进行有效管理,从而保护资源版权、减少运行费用、提升资源质量和促进资源共享。[局限]区块链技术的不成熟和开放获取资源发展的不确定性,使得开放获取资源的发展仍然面临着资源共享效率不高、存储空间不足及信息安全等问题。 [Purpose/significance]As a de-intermediary database technology solution,blockchain can play a unique advantage and function in the construction and management of open access resources,the blockchain can effectively solve the problems of lack of funds,weak copyright protection,difficult resource sharing and low resource quality encountered in the current open access resource construction process,can better meet the needs of the development of open access resources in the wisdom era.[Method/process]By analyzing the main challenges faced by open access resources,this paper proposes the advantages of building open access resources based on blockchain,and constructed an open access resource management system based on blockchain.[Result/conclusion]The system can not only create resources,but also effectively manage users,resources,copyrights and virtual currency,thereby effectively protecting resource copyrights,reducing operating costs,improving resource quality and promoting resource sharing.[Limitations]Block chain technology is immature,in addition to the uncertainty of open access resources development,it still faces problems such as low resource sharing efficiency,insufficient storage space and information security.
