摘要
【目的/意义】高等学校不仅承担着人才培养和科学研究的责任,同时也承担着服务社会的职责。本文研究新媒体环境下高校图书馆社会化服务创新路径,最大限度地利用高校图书馆丰富的知识资源满足社会民众日益增长的知识需求,推动高校图书馆社会化服务的进程。【方法/过程】借鉴信息传播学以及社会化服务的理论,以长春工业大学图书馆作为案例,对其社会化服务现状进行调查分析,并面向学校周边公众进行图书馆社会化服务的需求调研。【结果/结论】探索出新媒体环境下高校图书馆社会化服务创新路径,即信息资源服务数字化,建立智慧图书馆服务平台以及建立全方位立体的咨询平台。
【Purpose/significance】Colleges and universities are not only responsible for the talent training and scientific research of,but also for serving the society.This paper studies the innovative path of University library’s socialized service under the new media environment,maximizes the use of university library’s rich knowledge resources,meets the increasing knowledge needs of the public,and promotes the process of university library’s socialized service.【Method/process】Referring to the theory of information communication and socialized service,taking library of Changchun University of Technology as an example,this paper investigates and analyses the current situation of its socialized service,and conducts a survey on the demand of library socialized service for the public around the university.【Results/Conclusion】This paper explores the innovative path of university library’s socialized service under the new media environment,that is,digitalization of information resources service,establishment of intelligent library service platform and establishment of an omni-directional and three-dimensional consulting platform.
