摘要
阐述了专利竞赛理论中的ε 先占权模型的来源、发展及其重要意义 ,并就固定强度ε 先占权模型、多阶段ε 先占权模型和信息滞后ε 先占权模型中竞赛企业创新时间的选择、利益的得失、信息的获取和策略的采用等问题进行了评述 ,说明了与发明创造的发生概率有关的、因经验的积累而出现的“蛙跳” (leapfrogging)的重要意义 ,对技术落后企业参与专利竞赛具有参考价值。
This paper expounds the derivation,development and important meaning of ε preemptive model in patent race,comments on many problems in fixed intensity ε preemptive model,multi stage ε preemptive model,information lag ε preemptive model,such as the enterprises innovative timing,gain or loss,the attaining of information and the adoption of strategies,and so on,illustrates the theoretical and realistic importance of leapfrogging in the accumulation of experience relevant to the probability of discovery.The model has reference value for the followed enterprises to draw up the strategies of patent race.
